Purpose and legal basis of personal data processing

The period of data processing is related to the purposes and grounds for processing, therefore:

  • data processed on the basis of statutory requirements will be processed for the period of time that the law mandates the retention of data;
  • data processed for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract will be processed for the period necessary for its execution and settlement, which may be extended, if applicable, by the statute of limitations for civil law claims.
  • data processed on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest will be processed until an objection is successfully made or the interest ceases to exist, e.g. data processed for the purpose of asserting or defending against claims will be processed for a period equal to the statute of limitations for such claims.
  • data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until consent is withdrawn.
  • Personal data processed for recruitment purposes will be kept until the end of the recruitment process in which you are participating. In the case of additionally expressed consent to use the data for future recruitment purposes or sending application documents not related to a specific recruitment process, your data will be stored for a period of 12 months.

  • where the basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator – the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data on grounds related to the particular situation of the person,
  • where the legitimate interest consists in conducting direct marketing activities – the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for the purpose of carrying out marketing activities, without having to justify your decision,
  • revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its revocation,
  • lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
